The Fire Station Summer Parties presents: Maxïmo Park Plus Special Guests

Maxïmo Park return to our outdoor stage following their appearance at our 2024 Summer Parties series.

Fresh from their 20th anniversary tour, the Mercury Prize‑nominated indie favourites bring a powerhouse set of anthems to Sunderland, celebrating two decades of vital, emotionally charged songwriting.

With a new album Stream of Life and a renewed taste for euphoric, high‑energy performance, expect a night of big choruses, raw intensity and signature Maxïmo Park swagger.

Our Summer Parties take place outdoors on the Parade Ground and are all unreserved standing events. Limited general seating is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
