Failed To Ignite wrote the track from a hook that came together during a rehearsal, then developed the lyrics around how he was feeling at the time. He recorded and self-produced the single in his own studio.

About Failed To Ignite
Failed To Ignite is a North East solo emo and pop-punk artist who writes, produces and performs his music independently. Live, he builds a full-band sound using guitar, drums and a loop pedal, layering each part in front of the audience rather than performing with a band.
He has played headline shows around the UK and released his first EP in October 2025, followed by a sold-out release show. The one-man-band setup gives his songs a distinctive live identity while keeping the sound rooted in alternative, emo and pop-punk.
