UNIT.90 Thursdays takes over Digital Newcastle on 1 October 2026

UNIT.90 Thursdays takes over Digital Newcastle on Thursday 1 October 2026, with the student rave running from 11pm until 4am.

The Liverpool-born club brand is bringing its high-energy student format to Times Square, with a mix that spans house, tech house, R&B, hip-hop, party anthems and rave sounds. Digital’s official listing presents the night as a large-scale student event rather than a single-genre club session, with multiple styles feeding into the same late-night programme.

The event is aimed squarely at the student crowd, and the organisers are asking guests to bring student ID as well as government-issued identification. Digital lists the night as 18+, with last entry at 2.30am, so anyone arriving late should factor that cut-off into their plans.

The Newcastle edition runs from 11pm on Thursday into 4am on Friday morning. The format is built around big-room production and a broad soundtrack rather than a traditional live-band bill, with the emphasis on keeping the pace high across the full five-hour session.

UNIT.90 is being promoted as a busy event, and the organisers advise arriving near opening to avoid heavier queues later in the night. Anyone booking should also check the ticket terms carefully, as the official listing states that refunds are only available if the organiser cancels the event.

Digital Newcastle is based in Times Square, with the event taking place on Thursday 1 October 2026. Doors are listed at 11pm, the event finishes at 4am, and last entry is 2.30am.
