Jason Isaacs is a Newcastle-born singer and entertainer whose live work centres on swing, big-band music and classic showmanship. His connection to music began in childhood in the city, when a saxophone received as a Christmas present helped set him on the path towards performing.
Isaacs has since built a career across ticketed concerts, private events and large-scale entertainment, often working with expanded band line-ups rather than relying on a stripped-back setup. That suits a performer whose appeal is tied as much to the scale and atmosphere of the show as the songs themselves.
His annual Christmas performances remain a regular part of the North East calendar, with a December 2026 mini big band special at Pilgrim Newcastle bringing that seasonal showmanship back to his home city.
