Fell Out Boy at O2 City Hall Newcastle: emo and nu-metal under one roof
The bill is built around four tribute acts covering some of the biggest names in alternative music from the late 1990s and 2000s. Fell Out Boy take on Fall Out Boy, The Black Charade recreate My Chemical Romance, L1NKN P4RK focus on Linkin Park and Stiff Bizkit bring the Limp Bizkit side of the night.
Live Nation is framing the tour as an “ultimate emo night”, with headline sets from The Black Charade and Fell Out Boy and a setlist built around instantly recognisable tracks such as “Welcome to the Black Parade” and “Sugar, We’re Going Down”. citeturn849037search3turn849037search4
The Newcastle date is part of a wider run that places the same package in cities including Manchester and Oxford. L1NKN P4RK’s own tour listings also confirm the O2 City Hall date as part of their 2026-27 schedule. citeturn849037search1
What makes this bill work is the overlap between scenes. Emo, pop-punk and nu-metal often shared audiences even when they sounded very different, and this show leans into that crossover rather than keeping the acts in separate boxes.
Ticketmaster currently lists stalls standing and balcony seating, with standard tickets around £30.55 at the time of checking. The event is over-8s, and anyone under 14 must attend with an adult over 18. citeturn849037search0
