Single Review: Adam Henderson ‘I’ll Be Alright’
Adam Henderson's ‘I'll Be Alright’ delivers upbeat, radio-friendly indie, excellent vocals and uplifting guitar-driven optimism.
Adam Henderson has released another single, it’s called “I’ll be alright.”
Like his previous release “Runaway” the vocals are fantastic. This song is filled with optimism from the very start and is dripping with that kind of 2010’s indie that caught a whole generation by the throat.
Adam doesn’t re-invent the wheel with this song, but he really does tap into that happy-go-lucky cheer that we all need from time to time. The need to be cheered up is a ubiquitous Human experience, just like how this song has something for everyone to take away. It’s easily digestible, radio friendly Indie goodness.
A few things I do really like about this song are the harmonies in the bridge and the guitar throughout the song. The harmonies are strong and well mixed with a lot of emphasis on the build up towards the final act of the song. The guitars are soaked in heavenly chorus that make them float along with the song nicely.
Fun to listen to on your way to work, I’ve found!
