Table Of Content
Following recent singles Pass The Time and Never Like You, It’s Not Over builds on the guitar-driven, melodic sound that has established Stanleys as one of the North West’s emerging indie bands.
A song about individuality, resisting conformity and having the confidence to go your own way, the new track continues the band’s move towards their planned debut album in 2027.

Stanleys return with It’s Not Over
Recorded at Wigan’s The Lounge with Brit-certified producer Gareth Nuttall, the single combines a precise groove, melodic guitars and the band’s striking vocals. Its lyrical focus on individuality and pressure to conform gives the track a defiant edge.
The release follows Pass The Time and Never Like You, continuing the band’s evolution while retaining the melodic songwriting and guitar-led arrangements that have become central to their sound.
Formed in Wigan, Stanleys are Tom Concannon, Jake Dorsman, Harry Ivory and Rob Hilton. The four-piece have built an audience through regular live performances and have shared stages with Richard Ashcroft, The Libertines, Inspiral Carpets, The Lathums, Jamie Webster and The View. Their appearances also include Glastonbury’s Strummerville stage.
