Sunday Selector at Freight Island Newcastle
Unlike the longer Friday and Saturday sessions that run through to 1am, Sunday Selector finishes at 8pm. That makes it a different proposition from the venue’s late-night programme, with the emphasis on an afternoon session inside the Newgate Street space.
Freight Island has not published individual DJ names for this date, so the event remains listed under the Sunday Selector series rather than a named headliner. The venue is also running a second Sunday Selector on 25 October, giving Newcastle audiences two consecutive Sunday dates later in the month.
Bookings are available through Freight Island’s own system. The venue notes that free tickets do not guarantee entry, with admission subject to capacity, and no re-entry is permitted once visitors have left. Freight Island is cashless throughout, so payment on site is by card or contactless only.
