Bob Fox and Stu Luckley
Bob Fox and Stu Luckley comes to The Glasshouse as part of its Christmas 2026 programme. Find the date, venue details and official ticket information.
Bob Fox and Stu Luckley are getting back together for a Sage Two show at The Glasshouse on Saturday 28 November, bringing a strong North East folk thread into the venue’s Christmas season.
Both names come with plenty of history, and this is the sort of pairing that should feel completely at home in Sage Two: songs, stories and musicianship at the centre of the evening rather than a lot of unnecessary fuss around them.
Bob Fox and Stu Luckley together again
Fox has long been one of the region’s most recognisable folk voices, while his work with Luckley reaches back through a significant part of the North East folk story. Seeing them share a stage again gives this show a bit more weight than simply another seasonal date in the diary.
It’s also a nice contrast to what’s happening elsewhere at The Glasshouse that evening. One Night in Nashville takes over Sage One, while this show offers something smaller, more intimate and much closer to home.
The Glasshouse’s Christmas programme gets very busy from this point onwards, but there’s a good reason to pick this one out if you prefer songs that don’t need a huge production to land. A strong melody, two experienced performers and a room that suits the music can be more than enough.
For anyone with an interest in North East folk, this should be one of the more obvious dates in the festive programme.
