Major Accident Return Home to The Forum Darlington with Foreign Legion
Darlington punk band Major Accident return to The Forum on 31 October 2026 with Welsh street-punk veterans Foreign Legion.
Major Accident at The Forum Darlington returns on Saturday 31 October 2026, continuing a homecoming tradition that has become part of the town’s punk calendar. The Darlington band are joined by long-running Welsh street-punk and Oi! group Foreign Legion, making this a two-band night built around acts with decades of history behind them rather than a nostalgia package assembled for one tour.
Major Accident’s connection with Darlington runs through the band’s entire story. Their own official archive documents founding members and later line-ups, while The Forum describes the recurring autumn shows as a defining part of the town’s street-punk legacy. Current members listed by the band include Paul Larkin on vocals, Con Larkin on bass, Dave Hammond on guitar, Hodge on lead guitar and Laze on drums.

The band have a sizeable catalogue to draw from, including material connected with Massacred Melodies, A Clockwork Legion and The Ultimate High. Their 2026 live schedule also reaches beyond the North East, but the Darlington date remains different from another stop on the road. It puts Major Accident back in a venue and town closely tied to their history, in front of an audience that has followed those returns over a number of years.
Foreign Legion add another strand of street-punk history to the bill. Formed in Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales in 1984, they have remained part of the UK punk and Oi! circuit for decades. Pairing them with Major Accident should keep the night focused and direct, without adding support simply to stretch the running time.
The gig takes place at The Forum Music Centre in Darlington. Doors open at 7.30pm and the show is expected to begin at approximately 8pm. Tickets are £20, the event is standing and The Forum lists it as strictly 18+.
For North East punk fans, this is one of the Forum dates with a genuine local story behind it. Major Accident may have played well beyond Darlington over the years, but the recurring return to their home town keeps that regional connection visible rather than treating it as something from the past.
Tickets and current details are available from the official Forum event page, while Major Accident’s own website lists the Darlington show within their 2026 live dates. Details were correct at the time of writing. Please check The Forum and both bands’ official channels before travelling in case timings or admission information changes.
