About New Horizons Festival
New Horizons Festival is a Newcastle grassroots band festival at The Grove, created to put local artists in front of a larger audience and help developing acts build their following. Previous editions have spread the programme across three days, with a substantial bill of North East alternative, indie, rock and punk artists rather than relying on touring headliners. That gives the event a showcase feel while still operating as a full festival weekend. Acts including Idle Hands, Abnorm and Kidpunk have previously appeared on the programme. This evergreen guide will track the next dates, full line-up, day splits and ticket information.
