Ozzbest Newcastle brings one of the UK’s longest-running Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath tribute shows to Trillians Rock Bar on Saturday 24 October 2026, with Nic Sands also on the bill.

Rather than concentrating on one album or one era, Ozzbest draw from both Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne’s solo career. That gives the Trillians date a broader scope than a straight recreation show, with material potentially spanning the early Sabbath years through the heavier solo catalogue associated with guitarists such as Randy Rhoads and Zakk Wylde.

That kind of set is a particularly good fit for Trillians. The Newcastle rock bar puts bands close to the crowd, so a show built around recognisable riffs and big choruses does not need arena-scale production to work. For a tribute act covering music designed for much larger stages, the compact room changes the feel of the songs and turns the night into something more direct.

There is also a useful bit of context in Trillians’ wider October programme. The month is packed with tribute and heavy-rock nights, including The Glamz, VOLBEATen, Blink 18who, Metal Militia, Son Of Nirvana and a Halloween show with Witches Sabbath. Ozzbest therefore lands in the middle of a run that leans heavily into the venue’s core rock audience rather than appearing as an isolated themed booking.

Nic Sands adds to a busy October run

Nic Sands is listed alongside Ozzbest and is also part of several other Trillians dates across October. He appears on consecutive shows through the middle of the month and again on the weekend of 23 to 25 October, making him a recurring part of the venue’s programme rather than a one-off addition to this bill.

That makes the support slot worth catching in its own right. Anyone following Trillians through October will see Sands appearing in different combinations around rock, metal and tribute-focused nights, while the Ozzbest date gives him one of the month’s most recognisable headline pairings.
