Embrace bring their 30th anniversary year to NX Newcastle on 12 November, five months after releasing new album Avalanche.
Embrace Newcastle brings the Yorkshire band to NX on Thursday 12 November 2026, with The Rolling People and The Bunny Suit joining the bill. The show lands during the group’s 30th-anniversary year and follows the June release of Avalanche, so this is a current Embrace tour rather than a celebration built only around older hits.
Embrace Newcastle mixes a new album with 30 years of history
The NX date comes during Embrace’s 30th-anniversary year and five months after the release of Avalanche. The album arrived on 12 June through Cooking Vinyl and adds another chapter to a catalogue that already includes The Good Will Out, Out of Nothing and This New Day. That combination gives the Newcastle set plenty of room to move between the songs that built the band’s reputation and material that is still relatively new to the live show.
Embrace have spent 2026 marking three decades together without treating the anniversary as a full stop. Their official site puts both the 30th-anniversary celebrations and Avalanche at the centre of the year, which makes the NX show more interesting than a standard heritage booking. Tracks from the new record can sit alongside long-established crowd favourites while still reflecting where the band are now.
The support line-up strengthens the night too. The Rolling People and The Bunny Suit are both confirmed, giving the bill two additional sets before Embrace arrive on stage. That should make this feel like a complete live show rather than a headline set with little around it.
NX confirms doors at 7pm, with the event running until 11pm. The show is listed as 14+, with under-16s required to attend with an adult. Tickets are currently £32.50 plus booking fee.
