Glyders Newcastle comes to Cluny 2 on Tuesday 15 September 2026, with the Chicago duo bringing their stripped-back, off-centre take on rock and roll to Ouseburn. Spider Noises are listed in support, with doors at 7.30pm for a 16+ show.
Josh Condon and Eliza Weber built Glyders around a deliberately lean setup, but the music does not feel small. Their songs pull from garage rock, country, blues and older American guitar music while keeping a hazy, nocturnal edge that stops the band sounding like a straight revival act.

The Cluny 2 date arrives with Glyders touring second album Forever, released through Drag City after the Chicago pair pushed their minimal set-up into a fuller and stranger sound. Glyders formed in Chicago and have developed a sound that feels familiar at first glance but keeps bending away from obvious reference points.
