The Quiet Fire are an alternative folk and roots-leaning group whose live performances bring together close harmonies, acoustic textures and a warm, communal feel. Their North East profile has grown through grassroots appearances around Newcastle and the wider region.
Recent releases include Mighty Handfuls Return, On Loss and album Every Question, with tracks such as Where Could I Go?, Hey Holy Man, Take It All, Fingerprint and Stop Running showing the project’s reflective, harmony-led approach.
Regional appearances including Aelius Alternative Festival and shows alongside artists such as Hels Pattison and Sam Shields give The Quiet Fire a genuine connection to the North East grassroots scene. The available sources do not establish a reliable North East hometown or current base, so that live connection is kept separate from the question of origin.
