The 2027 dates begin a new chapter following the Beyond the Horizon tour. Hang Massive are working on a new album alongside a completely new live experience, with shows planned across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, India and beyond.
Danny Cudd and Markus Offbeat have spent more than 15 years expanding the possibilities of the handpan. Their live sound combines the instrument with electronic textures, live instrumentation and immersive visuals, turning the performance into something closer to an audiovisual journey than a conventional gig.
The Boiler Shop date is part of what the group describe as their most ambitious live production yet, shaped by what they learned on their previous tour and by their international community. It makes the Newcastle show an early chance to hear where the next phase of Hang Massive is heading.
