Heidi Curtis is a Newcastle singer-songwriter whose music sits between alt-pop, indie rock and emotionally direct songwriting. Her voice is the centre of the project, with arrangements that can move from intimate verses into much bigger, widescreen choruses.
Her 2026 debut EP Hollow Heart followed a run of increasingly high-profile support slots, including shows with Florence + The Machine, Lewis Capaldi, Self Esteem and Holly Humberstone. That live experience has helped sharpen the balance between vulnerability and scale in her songs.
Curtis grew up in Newcastle and has carried that North East identity into a rapidly expanding national audience. The songs are polished without losing their emotional edge, with enough guitar and atmosphere to keep them rooted in alternative music rather than straightforward pop.
