Castillo Nuevo Orquesta Bring Live Salsa Back to Pilgrim
North East-based salsa project Castillo Nuevo Orquesta return to Pilgrim Newcastle on 24 September with Afro-Cuban, Latin jazz, soul and funk.
Castillo Nuevo Orquesta at Pilgrim returns on Thursday 24 September 2026 for another instalment of the venue’s regular live salsa night. Doors are at 7.30pm, with advance tickets at £7 and an £8 on-the-door price advertised by Pilgrim.

Pilgrim has made Castillo Nuevo Orquesta a regular fixture rather than a one-off booking. The September show follows earlier 2026 appearances and is followed by further Pilgrim dates later in the year, giving the band a continuing relationship with the room.
