Death Valley Girls Newcastle | The Cluny Gig Preview

Death Valley Girls Newcastle at The Cluny on Monday 26 October 2026 brings the Los Angeles band’s mix of garage rock, psych and alternative noise to Ouseburn. Ticketmaster and The Cluny both list the date, with the current venue image already in place for the Newcastle show.

The band’s sound has always leaned into a hazy mix of garage-rock drive and psychedelic atmosphere, giving their live sets a balance between rawness and something more expansive. That combination should work well in The Cluny’s main room, where the louder sections can carry plenty of weight without losing the detail underneath.

Death Valley Girls Newcastle at The Cluny

The Cluny has a long track record of hosting bands that sit between indie, garage and heavier alternative music, so this booking feels well matched to the venue rather than simply slotted into the calendar. A smaller room should also keep the show visually and sonically immediate, which matters for a group whose live identity relies on mood as much as volume.

For anyone who has followed Death Valley Girls through earlier records and tours, the Newcastle date offers another chance to catch that sound in a club setting. Newer listeners can expect a show that is likely to move between driving riffs, psych textures and a more melodic edge without settling into one narrow lane.
