The Dear Hunter Bring Their Cinematic Rock to The Grove

The Dear Hunter The Grove Newcastle brings Casey Crescenzo’s long-running American project to St Michael’s Road on Sunday 20 September 2026, with doors at 7pm and support from Overhead the Albatross. It is a strong pairing for anyone drawn to rock music that leaves room for bigger arrangements, shifting dynamics and songs that do not always take the most direct route.

The Dear Hunter have spent two decades building a catalogue that moves between progressive rock, orchestral pop, heavier guitar music and quieter, more detailed songwriting.
