NE-O

NE-O is a Newcastle rapper and independent artist who has spent years building his career from the North East. Also known as North East One, he produces and releases his own music, books his own shows and has developed a strong local following through hometown performances and grassroots activity.

His catalogue includes singles such as Seventeen, Snowing, Rich, Peugeot and the 2026 release Cypher Episode 3. The music keeps a clear connection to Newcastle while giving NE-O room to move between personal writing, local references and the more direct energy of live rap.

Alongside Newcastle shows, NE-O has performed at festivals including Reading & Leeds and Kendal Calling and has supported artists including Chiedu Oraka. A Birthday Bash at Little Buildings in October 2026 brings that wider experience back into a hometown grassroots setting.
