Northern Hospitality

Northern Hospitality are a Hartlepool-based alternative rock band whose music brings together punk energy, heavy guitar hooks and anthemic choruses. Their sound is built for the live setting, with enough melody to keep the songs immediate even when the guitars get heavier.

The band have developed through Teesside and the wider North East grassroots circuit, building a reputation through regular shows and festival appearances rather than relying on studio polish alone. That live-first approach gives the music a directness that suits both smaller venues and busier regional bills.

Hartlepool remains an important part of the band’s identity, but their activity reaches across the North East. The combination of punchy alternative rock and a strong sense of local connection has helped Northern Hospitality become a familiar name on the region’s emerging guitar scene.
