Pit Pony The Grove Newcastle brings one of the city’s strongest current guitar bands back into a hometown room on Friday 9 October 2026. Doors are at 7:30pm, and the show arrives during a productive period for the Newcastle five-piece after the release of Dead Stars and the newer single Thunder.
Pit Pony have built their sound around weight, repetition and sharp melodic turns. Their official Bandcamp describes them as a Newcastle upon Tyne five-piece, while releases such as World To Me, Dead Stars and Thunder show how the band has developed without sanding down the rough edges that made the early material stand out.
